CE Portal is a
feature rich, web-based software system for
developing, managing, and offering continuing
education courses. It allows non-technical
CE managers and staff to build and manage their
own on-line CE courses. With CE Portal you
can manage course registration including credit
card payment, build and offer quizzes and course
evaluations, present on-line, printable CE
certificates of completion, and manage your
on-line course materials.

multiple choice and short answer, question and
answer randomization, follow-up evaluations,

short answer course evaluations and if desired
require submission before quiz results and/or
certificate is presented.

dynamically generated certificates of completion
via the web.

registration - Students register and gain
access to courses through a built-in course
registration system configured and managed by
you. Configure free or paid courses, control
access to content or quizzes through
registrations, and a number of other powerful

Course catalog - Organize and present courses
through a built-in course catalog.
Credit card transactions - Support credit card transactions
through systems such as Viaklix or Authorize.Net
for course payment.
On-line student
transcript - Students have access to an
up-to-date history of their course activity
through their personalized, on-line transcript.
Manage courses - View and manage course and student information via the built-in course management system.
Learning materials tool - A built-in tool for the
creation of course materials and case-based
presentations.
