Technical Requirements 
CE Portal is a web-based software and service solution built on an open standards, open source foundation.  It is distributed with an open source (GPL) license.

CE Portal is supported in and requires the following environment:

Operating System: Unix (Linux, FreeBSD, Sun OS)
Web Server: Apache 1.3 or later
Database: MySQL 3.23.49 (latest version of 3.x)
Other: Perl 5.005_03 or later. Mod_Perl 1.24 or later preferrable.
